I love the hair so I defaulted it. There's something wrong with the teen hair (at the back) but it doesn't bother me that much. 

The first download is a replacement for young adults and adults. The second one is for teens and elders.

As soon as I find a fixed version for the mesh I'll remake the teens version.

I found the hair by Marja at GOS and loved it immediately. It's not a haircut I'd choose for myself but I see use for it with some of my sims. I hope you'll like it too :)

I found this hair at GOS and thought it was cool. So much cooler than those ugly hats the game provides. 

The default replaces all 4 hair colors (AF) + grey. I only replaced the dark grey hat. The rest will follow ...
